How long we retain your data
Digital Records: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically. For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Website administrators can also see and edit that information. E-commerce customer data is stored for as long as we need the information for accounting and tax purposes, unless legally required to retain it longer.
Physical & Operational Records: Copies of government-issued IDs, proof of billing, and rental agreements are securely retained for up to 12 months after the completion of your rental for insurance, liability, and dispute resolution purposes. After this period, physical copies are securely destroyed and digital operational files are permanently deleted.

If you have an account on this site, have left comments, or have rented a vehicle from us, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
