Vehicle Capacity: If your luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle upon the driver's arrival, the driver reserves the right to decline the excess baggage for safety reasons.

Safety & Security: While our professional chauffeurs are trained to operate with care, Saferide Car Rental is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property left in the vehicle, whether the vehicle is attended or unattended.

What does the passenger accident insurance cover?
At Saferide, your safety during your journey is paramount. Our "With-Driver" service includes Passenger Personal Accident Insurance, which provides financial protection for guests.
Key Coverage Details:
In-Vehicle Coverage: The passenger accident insurance coverage is strictly applicable only while the guest is inside the vehicle during the rental period.
Scope: This policy covers accidental injuries sustained as a direct result of an incident involving the rental vehicle while the passenger is actively on board.
Outside the Vehicle: Please be advised that this coverage does not extend to any time the guest is outside the vehicle, including during stops, at tourist attractions, or while walking to or from the vehicle.
Important Note: Because this coverage is limited to incidents occurring within the vehicle, we strongly recommend that all guests maintain their own comprehensive travel insurance to provide protection throughout the entirety of their trip, including while they are exploring locations outside of our rental vehicle.
Can the rental agreement be terminated by Saferide Car Rental?
Yes. To ensure the safety of our passengers, our drivers, and our vehicles, Saferide Car Rental reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if there is a breach of the terms and conditions.
Grounds for Termination:
Safety & Policy Violations: Any behavior that endangers the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers, or any refusal to adhere to the safety guidelines outlined in your rental agreement.
Illegal Activities: Use of the vehicle for any purpose that violates local, national, or international law.
Breach of Agreement: Failure to comply with the operational policies agreed upon, such as unauthorized use of the vehicle, harassment of staff, or significant damage to company property.
Misrepresentation: Providing false information during the booking process or regarding the intended use of the rental service.
Consequences of Termination:
Immediate Cessation: In the event of a breach, service will be terminated immediately, and the vehicle will be recalled.
No Refund: As stipulated in our booking policy, any remaining rental time or services will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued for agreements terminated due to a client breach.
