Quelles sont les exigences pour louer une moto chez Saferide Car Rental ?
Pour garantir un processus de location sûr et efficace, veuillez vous assurer d’avoir tous les documents nécessaires prêts à être présentés au moment de la prise en charge du véhicule. Veuillez noter que le fait de ne pas fournir ces documents originaux entraînera la perte de votre réservation.
1. Exigences d’âge et d’identification
Âge minimum : Vous devez avoir au moins 21 ans pour louer une moto.
Détenteurs d’un permis local :
Permis de conduire philippin physique valide (avec restriction moto).
Justificatif de domicile original (ex. facture de services publics) OU une carte d’entreprise valide.
Une (1) pièce d’identité supplémentaire valide délivrée par le gouvernement.
Détenteurs d’un permis étranger :
Permis de conduire étranger physique valide (doit être imprimé en anglais, OU accompagné d’un permis de conduire international/IDP officiel).
Passeport original indiquant un tampon d’arrivée officiel daté des 90 derniers jours.
2. Paiement et dépôt de garantie
Paiement intégral de la location : Doit être réglé avant ou au moment de la prise en charge du véhicule.
Dépôt de garantie remboursable : Un dépôt de garantie est requis pour toutes les locations. Nous acceptons les paiements par principales cartes de crédit, GCash ou Maya.
Rappels importants :
Documents originaux : Tous les documents listés doivent être présentés physiquement à la date de votre location.
Vérification : Les représentants de Saferide se réservent le droit de demander une pièce d’identité supplémentaire à des fins de vérification de sécurité.
Ma location de moto Saferide inclut-elle des casques et des équipements de sécurité ?
Votre sécurité est notre priorité. Pour vous garantir une expérience de conduite sûre et conforme, nous fournissons ce qui suit :
Casque : Chaque location de moto inclut au moins un (1) casque standard approuvé DOT/ICC pour le conducteur. Si vous voyagez avec un passager, veuillez nous en informer à l’avance afin que nous puissions préparer un casque supplémentaire.
Équipement de sécurité : Bien que nous fournissions le casque obligatoire, nous ne fournissons pas d’équipement de protection spécialisé tel que des vestes de moto, des gants ou des genouillères.
Recommandation : Nous recommandons vivement à tous les conducteurs d’apporter leur propre équipement de sécurité personnel afin d’assurer le meilleur ajustement, le confort et le niveau de protection adapté à leur style de conduite et aux conditions locales.
Remarque importante : Il incombe au conducteur de s’assurer qu’il porte un équipement de sécurité approprié pendant toute la durée de la location afin de respecter les lois locales sur la circulation et d’assurer sa sécurité personnelle.
Quelle est la politique carburant des motos Saferide ?
Pour plus de commodité et de transparence, nous appliquons une politique carburant « Même niveau » (Plein à plein).
À la remise : Votre moto vous sera remise avec un niveau de carburant spécifique, généralement le plein.
Au retour : Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir rendre la moto avec le carburant au même niveau que lors de sa remise.
Frais de ravitaillement : Veuillez vous assurer que l’unité est retournée avec le niveau de carburant requis afin d’éviter des frais supplémentaires de service de ravitaillement.
Astuce : Pour votre commodité, nous vous recommandons de faire le plein à la station-service la plus proche de notre hub juste avant de retourner l’unité. Cela vous permet de fournir une preuve de plein et d’éviter des frais inutiles.

The booking went smoothly and the pick-up service from the airport also went really well. The contract processing there was also very quick and uncomplicated. The vehicle had only covered around 12,000 km and was almost new. A wonderful vehicle and comfortable for at least 5 people, and as usual in the Philippines another 8-10 people on the loading area. What fun. The later return and service drive to the airport was also without any problems. The price-performance ratio is very good and the service and friendliness of the staff is indescribable. I have used Safe Ride three times now to rent a self-drive van for the six of us in our group and each time has been a pleasant experience. The rates are less than the "name brand" rental places and they have a greater variety of vehicles to choose from. The one time I did have a concern with a vehicle's brakes, they promptly replaced the vehicle with an other one.
