What are the requirements and security deposit policy for Dumaguete?
To ensure a secure and professional rental process at our Dumaguete branch, we require:

Documentation: * Filipino Citizens: A valid Philippine Driver’s License and one secondary government ID.

Foreign Nationals: A valid foreign Driver’s License (in English) and your Passport with a valid arrival stamp.

Security Deposit via Credit Card: A refundable security deposit is required for all self-drive units.

The Process: We process this via a Credit Card Pre-Authorization (Hold). No funds are actually deducted; the amount is simply "blocked" on your card.

The Release: The hold is voided immediately upon the safe return of the vehicle. Please note that banks usually take 7–15 business days to reflect this in your available balance.

Can I pick up my rental at the Dumaguete-Sibulan Airport (DGT) or the Seaport?
Absolutely. We offer Meet & Greet services at both the Dumaguete-Sibulan Airport and the Dumaguete Seaport. Since we operate by appointment at these hubs, please provide your flight or ferry details during booking so our representative can be there to hand over the keys the moment you arrive.
Are there restrictions on where I can drive my rental in Negros?
Our rentals come with Unlimited Mileage within the island of Negros. You are free to explore popular spots like Valencia (Casaroro Falls), Dauin, or even drive up to Bais for dolphin watching. However, please note that our sedans and hatchbacks are restricted to paved roads only; if you plan to visit rugged highland areas, we recommend booking one of our SUVs or Pickups.
