To maintain our high service standards, we require the following at the Iloilo branch:

Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for all self-drive rentals.

Credit Card Integration: This is processed via Credit Card Pre-Authorization (Hold). No actual funds are deducted; the amount is simply "blocked" and then voided upon the safe return of the vehicle.

Refund Timeline: While we release the hold immediately, banks usually take 7–15 business days to reflect this in your balance.

Can I drive the vehicle to a different island (e.g., Cebu to Bohol or Iloilo to Guimaras)?
Yes, Saferide allows you the freedom to take our units across islands. Whether you are heading to Guimaras from Iloilo or crossing to other provinces via RORO (Roll-On/Roll-Off) ferry, we support your itinerary.

Ferry Requirements: It is the renter's responsibility to settle all RORO fares, terminal fees, and port charges.

Marine Insurance: While not mandatory, we highly recommend purchasing Marine Insurance at the port of departure. This covers the vehicle against risks specific to sea transit.

Renter’s Responsibility: Please be advised that the renter is fully responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to the vehicle while in transit or at sea. If you choose to travel without Marine Insurance, you assume all financial liability for the unit during that period.
