Where do I pick up my rental vehicle at Bacolod-Silay Airport?
We offer a convenient meet-and-greet service. A Saferide representative will be waiting for you at the arrival area holding a sign with your name. They will escort you to the designated parking area for a quick vehicle inspection and handover.
What documents do I need to present upon arrival?
Please prepare a valid Driver’s License (Professional or Non-Professional) and one (1) government-issued ID (Passport, PRC, or SSS/UMID). For foreign license holders, an English translation or International Driving Permit (IDP) is required if the license is not in English.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required upon vehicle pickup. This will be returned to you in full after the rental period, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition (clean, no damages, and same fuel level).
