What happens if I exceed the 10-hour limit?
We offer a flexible grace period of 15 minutes. Beyond that, an overtime fee per hour applies (rates vary by vehicle type). This is paid directly to the driver.
Does "Fuel Exclusive" mean the car arrives with an empty tank?
No. We operate on a "Full-to-Full" policy. The car is delivered with a full tank, and you simply refill it to full at the end of your trip.
Is the driver's food included?
The driver’s meal is not included in the rate. We kindly ask that you provide a meal allowance or invite the driver to grab a quick bite during your stops.
Are there extra fees for going out of town?
No. You can customize your itinerary to include towns like Oslob or Moalboal without any location-based surcharges. You strictly pay for the rental time and fuel. A transfer fee only applies if your drop-off location is different from your pickup location.
