To ensure a smooth and safe journey in the Philippines, please read our Terms and Conditions. By booking a vehicle with us, you (the Renter) agree to the following policies. If there are multiple drivers, your obligations are solidary (meaning under Philippine law, the Company can hold any one of the signees fully responsible for the entire agreement)<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">1. In compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, we only collect the personal information necessary to process your booking, verify your identity, and provide a great experience. Reservations, Cancellations, and Refunds<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">To secure your booking, a Reservation Fee ranging from 20% to 100% is required, depending on the vehicle and services chosen.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"11\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\">Refund Policy: Unconsumed rental days or hours are non-refundable. Any additional usage must be approved in writing by our company. The client and their passengers must wear seat belts at all times while the vehicle is in motion. If the client requires additional usage, they must contact our customer support team to obtain approval.<\/p>\n<h3>Vehicle Passenger and Baggage Limit:<\/h3>\n<p>The client acknowledges that the passenger and baggage limit for each rental vehicle is subject to the manufacturer's specified capacity. The client and their passengers must not exceed the vehicle's maximum passenger and baggage limit during the rental period. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that their luggage and personal belongings fit comfortably and safely within the designated storage areas of the vehicle. Our company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to the client's personal belongings or luggage during the rental period.<\/p>\n<h3>Insurance:<\/h3>\n<p>All vehicles are insured for passenger liability up to 50,000.00 per passenger and third-party property damage.
