It cost 500 pesos per day, though it seems there is a slight increase due to Easter. About 20 minutes after renting it, the handlebars felt strange, so I took it back. They immediately exchanged it for a new one and treated me kindly, so thank you. I plan to use your services again next time. ^^+1

Way cheaper than the airport. I usually use National but Saferide’s prices cannot be beat. Needed a 6-PAX and they had one available. Paolo’s service was excellent; greeted us with a smile and positive attitude. He was very attentive and detail-oriented. He let us know all the charges (no hidden fees!).+1Get my first self-drive car in Cebu. Thanks for patient and nice guy GYPZY! (Translated by Google, see original)We rented a car for a week. A Toyota Wigo, automatic. We paid a deposit by credit card from Belarus. We picked up and dropped off the car at the airport outside of business hours, for which there was an extra charge. The car had minimal features: the mirrors are manually adjustable, the interior air conditioning can't be adjusted individually (for footwells, windshield, etc.). Driving at night with that level of tint was still difficult, as Cebu traffic is unusual—someone can get in and out of anywhere, and the tint further reduced visibility, making it difficult to see clearly in the dark to avoid hitting anyone or anything. Of course, if you hit anything, the 10,000 peso deposit is forfeited. I still don't understand how the included insurance works, but that's beside the point. We also drove outside of Cebu City, to Safari Park, Tops, and Osmena Village; the car barely made it up the hills. Next time we'd get something more powerful. A man named Khen dropped off and picked up the car. He completed all the paperwork; we paid, also by credit card, the remaining balance of the rental and the deposit; answered all our questions; recorded all the before/after videos; was in touch via messenger; and reminded us about the end of the rental. Good job! He only forgot to pay for parking at the airport: we started to leave, there was a barrier, they told us to pay, and we still didn't have a single peso, only currency, so we had to call him urgently. A minute later he returned, paid for parking, apologized, and we drove on. We had no incidents; the car was returned in one piece, only everything was covered in dust. The deposit was credited to the card a couple of days later.+0
(Translated by Google, see original)Awesome Car Rental Company This was the very first time I rented a car in my hometown of Cebu. I did an online search and came upon Safe Ride Car Rental Company. A few minutes after I sent an inquiry, I got an email response from Ariana who helped me through the process. We had a good conversation and she made the whole experience fun. On the day of pickup, Ariana and Kim gave me more tips and off I went to drive my subcompact car. They gave me a Toyota Wigo (a spanking brand new car fresh from the factory) and it was such a joy and a breeze to drive. The return process was also painless and easy. Kudos to the people at Safe Ride Car Rental! I will definitely book a car next time!Great Car Units To Use, Super Clean and Reliable! Quality Customer Service and Friendly Staff! Specially shout-out to RUSS for his high attention and professionalism!! Thank you for all your help!! Highly recommend their service. Keep up the excellent job guys! Kudos to all!!Super birthday getaway! My niece from AUS and her fiance were here for a quick vacay and it was also my birthday so we decided to go for a day trip to Moalboal since I have never been there even if I have been living in Cebu for 5years already. I’m so glad we went. I coordinated our trip with Michael, he’s our to go to driver if we need to rent a van (message me if you need a van for rent). He’s very dependable and he helped us book our island hopping trip. We went to 3 islands: first is Pescadores to go snorkel and see nice corals, then went to dive and see Sardine Run which is for me the highlight of the trip then to Turtle Point where we swam with big and gentle pawikans. My 11yr old deaf son enjoyed the trip so much that he learned to dive in the water to witness the sardine run under him. It cost us 2500 for the island hopping bt we gave extra tip for the boatmen because they did a good job with the tour. Don’t forget to bring essentials (sunscreen, tanning oils if you want to go dark, food and esp water). They also have free use of snorkels but you can also bring your own. And what’s so cool was that the guy who owns the bagka offered to lend us his gopro complete with monopod. It was such a lucky day becuase I left my case for my gopro so I was able to borrow from him.Fantastic and convenient service The service was excellent! The team was very helpful and made everything convenient by picking up the car directly from my hotel. Highly recommend this hassle-free and professional experience!Very clean and new car and easy to communicate with the management despite the late arrival of the car. Would recommendgreat service!reliable and trustworthy.i am from the manila and happy with the t and c and driving here worry free with safe drive, dane was great enough to collect us from the airport was really nice to be great wit such a warm welcome, thanks daneExcellent and Affordable I rented Hyundai Eon MT with 16k mileage for 2 days during our visit in Cebu. I drove it to the whole city on our first day and on the 2nd day, to Oslob Cebu. Staff are very accommodating. Price are very affordable compare to other car rental. I have a few suggestion to the owner:1. It's better if your tinted cars (super black) have a better/high powered headlight rather than the stock light. You may want to upgrade to LED or something like that. It's very hard for me to drive during the night especially when I drove to Oslob at 3am.2. Have a proper maintenance of the car. The car I rented has no washer fluids. I always used this when ever my the windshield gets dirty.Overall, I am still satisfied with their service. I will definitely rent a car to them again when I get back to Cebu.GREAT QUALITY I have rented a car from the Safe Ride car rental and tours and i must say that the overall quality is very great including the car, the condition of the car, as well as the care and concern of the staffs. I strongly suggest everyone who are interested to try.Outstanding service by Ronel and crew!Outstanding service from our driver Lucas, our driver, made our tour truly enjoyable with his helpfulness & friendly attitude. The car we drove in was very clean. Highly recommend!I highly recommend this company. Dane could provide a good service for you.Verified
